Intermountain Beef is a 4th generation family business in Eden, Idaho that has been thriving for nearly 80 years. Their deep connection to the land guides them and their commitment to ethical and sustainable practices that nourish both their livestock and the environment.
Baker City, Oregon
The Mackenzie Ranch is operated by a 4th and 5th generation family in Jordan Valley, Oregon. Their mission is to keep their ranch sustainable for future generations and advocate for the ranching lifestyle and its values.
Jerome, Idaho
Winecup L Cattle, LLC is a vertically integrated commercial cattle enterprise spanning Idaho and Nevada. Bill and Laurie Lickley represent the fourth generation, with their children and grandchildren now stepping into the fifth and sixth.
Casper, Wyoming
The True Family has been operating True Ranches based in Eastern Wyoming for almost 60 years. Beginning with one bull and 35 cows, the True family has grown the operation to span eight ranches, two farms and one feedlot.
Tuscarora, Nevada
The Ellison Ranching Company has been in operation for over a hundred years in Northern Nevada, making it the longest lasting ranching operation in the state. The ranch is currently being led by 5th generation rancher, Ira Wines who started working on the ranch over 22 years ago.
The True West Beef processing facility opened in Jerome, Idaho in 2023. Jerome was the ideal location as the community embodies the western way of life, while being centrally located to cattle producer partners and western metropolitan markets.
