A rich history in agriculture and hard-working ranching families are the backbone of True West Beef. True West Beef is a new model for beef production jointly owned by Boise-based and family-owned, Agri Beef, and cattle ranchers and feeders from around the region.
Located along highway 93 in the heart of Idaho’s thriving Magic Valley, True West Beef is expected to create 350+ jobs in Jerome, Idaho. As a company already focused on satisfying the growing consumer expectations for high-quality, healthy, and sustainably raised beef, True West Beef will continue in this mission for Agri Beef and its partners.
Snake River Farms American Wagyu cattle represent the best of “East meets West”, the marbling from the Wagyu cattle originally from Japan combined with the beef flavor of the great American breeds of the West.
Managing the production process from start to finish, our herd has developed into one of the most highly regarded groups of Wagyu-cross cattle in the world, sold in over 35 countries.
Double R Ranch is a premier beef brand from the heart of the Northwest, named in tribute to Robert Rebholtz Sr., the founder of Agri Beef. Hand-selected to include only USDA Choice and higher levels of marbling.
Located 120 miles from Agri Beef’s headquarters in Boise, Jerome is the ideal home for True West Beef. With their educated and motivated workforce, access to plentiful agricultural resources, and a vibrant community with a can-do spirit the community of Jerome embodies the values of True West Beef.
